Action Win Limited was incorporated in Toronto, Ontario. The two founders inspired the idea of incorporation are: Dr. Stephen Woo, and Mr. Carlo Chan. The Company aims to research, design, innovate, develop, market and export high-tech engineered devices, with particular interest in dental and medical products. Integrating both technological know-how on scientific products and practical marketing experience of the founders, the company is committed to promoting Canadian export.

Through product research, the company is developing an innovative device (patent pending) brand-named EZ Sleep that can be used by dentists to provide a user friendly remedy for people with snoring and Obstructive Sleep Apnea (OSA) during sleep.

EZ Sleep is a fully adjustable oral appliance, being effective in the treatment of snoring and sleep apnea by opening more airway space with its unique mandibular repositioning features. The appliance and the related dental procedure for its installation have been tested successfully in sleep clinics. The effectiveness of EZ Sleep has been scientifically proved with a high success rate. The general feedback from users is very encouraging.

Ancillary services in support of the installation of the appliance by dentists have been lined up. Technical literatures are available. Action Win Limited has its authorized laboratory at Toronto to ensure quality control for developing the EZ Sleep anti-snoring system.

The Company undertakes to generate public awareness on the proper use of oral appliances for snoring and sleep apnea. It also helps sponsor educational courses for treatment of snoring and OSA with dental appliances.

Technical and general information material about the ailments, the product and the procedure are prepared and disseminated to family doctors, dentists and the general public to pave way for introducing the product to the market. The Company's associated dental laboratory will be pleased to offer technical advice and assistance to other dental laboratories regarding the manufacturing and assembly of dental parts in question.
