Our cross-linked polymer insulated wire products are in applications ranging from miniature motors for automobiles and electronics to hearing aids. We can film coat a variety of wire products including copper, copper alloys, stainless steel, and titanium.
We insulate wire diameters from .000078 to .0571 inch with thin coatings of:
- polyimide, polyurethane – SB or N, formvar, polyester – N or AI, solderable polyester, epoxy bond, and nylon
