MICROTIGHT UNIONS
Use these PEEK™ unions to connect two pieces of capillary tubing. Choose from several versions offering connections for 1/16", 1/32", 360µm and .025" OD MicroTight Tubing Sleeves. The P-771 ZDV Union allows direct connection of 1/32" OD tubing without sleeves. Our P-772 Union allows direct connection of popular 360µm OD capillary tubing without sleeves, adding only 5nL of swept volume with its .006" (150µm) thru-hole. The P-720, combined with MicroTight PEEK Tubing Sleeves allows connections for capillary tubing ODs ranging from 70 to 520µm.
MICROTIGHT ADAPTERS
Create a true zero dead volume (ZDV) connection between 10-32 and 6-32 threads, 1/16" OD tubing and capillary tubing with the P-770 PEEK adapter, using the included fittings and the appropriate MicroTight Tubing Sleeve. The P-881 and P-882 permit direct connections from 10-32 to 6-32 for 1/16" OD to 1/32" and 360µm ODs, respectively.
